The McLaren P1 will cost 1,111,617 euros in the Netherlands, according to Arjen van Beek of Louwman Exclusive 'lower than many had imagined.
The P1 also has an impressive hybrid powertrain. This consists of a seven-speed automatic transmission with double clutch, an electric motor with a power output of 179 hp and a 3.8 liter V8 engine with two turbochargers, and a power output of 737 hp. Thus, the total power is 916 hp and maximum torque 900 Nm.
The hybrid powertrain P1 is fully electric drive for 10 kilometers. The combined CO2 emissions are 'less than 200 g / km.
The rival of the McLaren P1 is the laferrari. Recently, however, it was the Porsche 918 Spyder, also with a 900-horsepower hybrid powertrain, which pulverized the lap record on the Nordschleife. McLaren has been spotted with the P1 'Green Hell' and will soon undoubtedly do a record.
